Playing an instrument, and piano maybe more than any other, has a wide range of impact on creativity, cognition and learning. For example, children's personalities, mental development and their aesthetics are shaped and developed through their discovery of music and piano.

    She sees the necessity of providing her students with the firm foundation and is working systematically to build their pianistic skills and musical understanding. Whether teaching beginning or advanced students, her approach is constantly adjusting and she alternates the methods and influences on her students, according to their musical development, individual needs and goals. She chooses varied repertoire which is helping students develop understanding of diverse composers and musical styles.

Sandra has been teaching from year 2000, both privately and in music elementary, middle and high schools, as a piano professor and accompanist. In Belgrade, where she served in Music High Schools Stankovic and Josip Slavenski, her students received prizes at national and international competitions. Sandra is residing in Miami Beach from 2015, where she continues to teach privately and serving in local music schools - Miami Fine Arts Academy, Miami Music Works, Allegro Music Center.​
